How to register for SLEO account

You can sign up for a free SLEO account at you do not have an account and want to join SLEO, you will see the following page:

Why are you asking for my age?

E-mail Verification

When you add an email address, we will automatically send an email to confirm the address.

If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder, and check that you entered the correct email address.

Why don't I receive a confirmation e-mail after registration?

In case that upon completion of registration you do not get a confirmation email to activate your account, check if you entered the e-mail correctly. Most common mistakes:
· mistyping your email address, for example '';
· wrong email address, for example, you have entered your second email address, so check all your email accounts;
· unnecessary space, for example 'sle.registration';
· wrong extension, for example, instead of the correct '' you entered '' or ''.

If you entered the email address correctly but still have not received the activation email, please check spam.
If you have registered with an organization email, e.g. business email then check your organization's server settings as well.
If you still do not receive the activation/confirmation email, fill out the form

Why is my registration password invalid?

The SLEO registration password is case-sensitive, so be precise when entering small and capital letters. Similarly to the majority of websites, the SLEO application does not support special language symbols (č', 'š' and 'ž'). Do not use these symbols in your password. If you have already registered using a password containing the aforementioned symbols, click the 'Forgot my password' button and a new password will be assigned to your email address. You can later change your password in your profile.

The most common issues with passwords:
the user misspells their email address;
the user enters their user name;
the user forgets the email address with which they registered;
an incomplete email address was entered.

I can’t log in with my email address

If you see a message saying “Invalid login information”, it is likely to be for the following reasons:
· You mistyped your email address
· You signed up using a different email address
· You mistyped your password

To find out what’s causing the issue and to get a password reset, click on the I forgot my password link. I can’t log in with my Google / Facebook / Instagram account

You can access your SLEO account with your Google / Facebook / Instagram credentials.
If things are working normally, and you are already signed in to your social network account in your browser, you will immediately be taken to SLEO account.
If you are not signed in to your Google / Facebook / Instagram account in your browser, you will be prompted to do so, and then be taken to your SLEO account.
If for some reason you have removed SLEO from a list of authorized apps for your Google account, you will be prompted to give SLEO access to that account before proceeding.

Check that you are logged into your Google account and have previously allowed it to connect to SLEO. Check that SLEO is authorized by clicking on this link.

SMS 2-Factor authentication issues

When you add an email address, we will automatically send an email to confirm the address.

If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder, and check that you entered the correct email address.

I’m not receiving my password reset email

Check your spam folder, and filters for emails from
Add to your email contact list, and send yourself another link.
If you are running email through a private domain, contact your domain host and ask that they add to your email whitelist.
If your login email is a Gmail address, try the Continue with Google option to sign in. You can also try the Continue with Facebook option to check if you used Facebook login to create your account.

Payment methods

SLEO supports several different payment methods, depending on your account country and location, so you can complete your purchases in the way which best suits you! Here below, you can find the details of each method: Payment with credit/debit card To enroll in SLEO's courses or to buy a ticket/voucher, you can make the payment with any credit or debit card long as it is enabled to be used online for purchases in international stores. To be able to do so, you should select the payment type Card after adding the course or courses that you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and insert the required information. Image checkout Payment via bank transfer You can choose to use local payment methods such as paying via bank transfer. For this payment option to appear for you, you should have your location updated in your profile. After following the necessary steps to make the purchase, please choose the option ""Pay via bank transfer"". Once you select Bank Transfer as your preferred option, you will be able to view all the required information to complete the transfer through your bank. We will start processing your order only after the funds have cleared. We reserve the right to cancel your order within five (5) working days if payment is not received. Once your payment is confirmed, SLEO will generate your e-invoice, which you can view/print from your SLEO account or your email address. Payment through PayPal In addition, you can use your PayPal account to enroll yourself in the courses. This payment platform does not require that you use any sort of card given that you can associate your bank account with your PayPal account and the transfer will be made for the cost of the course(s) accordingly. You may also use the balance available in your PayPal account without having to associate any sort of card or bank account. *Please note that due to PayPal restrictions in some countries, the option to pay with your balance may be subject to certain conditions. To use this method, you just need to add the course or courses you want to your shopping cart and select PayPal as the payment method. Once you have done that, an external window will open from the platform which will give you the option to complete the payment with your account balance. Payment with the App Payments made via SLEO ́s App is processed from the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android). If paying through the App, you should connect to your account in the corresponding Store and complete the payment for the courses through said Store choosing the method of payment that you have associated with your Apple or Google account. Purchases made using the App are subject to the terms and conditions of the corresponding Store (App Store or Google Play), therefore the prices and special offers that are applied could vary from those which appear on the web. Remember that we are a company based in Europe and that all payments that are made are charged in EUR. That said, you would need to bear in mind the exchange rate in addition to the commission that your bank or payment processor would take.

In which currency are the prices shown?

The prices on the SLEO platform will be shown in your local currency, determined by the IP address used when registering with Domestika. You can check the currency that's been set in your profile in the Account Settings section. If your local currency is not currently available, your profile's currency will be set to Euro (EUR). In the SLEO app, you'll see the price in your local currency if it is currently available in the Google Play or Apple Store. Please note that this may differ from the currencies available on the website. It's not possible to change your profile's currency. However, if your local currency has not been correctly updated or you now live in a different country, please get in touch with us so that we can help you accordingly. SLEO is a global community and so when setting the prices in each currency, fluctuations in exchange rates and different local markets are taken into account. This means that you will always see the price that corresponds to your location.
Which currency will appear on my invoice? Upon completing your purchase, we will send you the corresponding receipt showing the price in your local currency. If you want to download an invoice, the price will appear in Euro (EUR), consistent with the currency in which you were charged. You can see how to download your invoice here.
Please remember that purchases made in the SLEO app will be processed by Google Play and Apple and so the invoice for your purchase will be available in your Google Play or Apple account.

Claiming a refund

You can request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, or from the date of the course's publication, if the purchase was made during the pre-sale period. If you would like a full refund of your order, you should contact us via the following link. It is very important that you provide us with the following information:
· The email associated with your SLEO profile.
· The order ID you would like to get a refund from. This information can be found in the Orders section of your profile.
· The reason why you’d want a refund for this course.

You can find out whether you’re eligible to get a refund in our refund policy.
This way, we will be able to coordinate your request as soon as possible, without delays or errors during the process.

Do I have to own a company if I want to become a Creator or Premium Creator?

Creator can be every person entrepreneur and non-entrepreneur who wants to share free content and build their community on SLEO. However, Premium Creator has to own a legal company in order to earn revenue from paid products on the platform.

When does my package subscription expire?

Depending on whether you choose a monthly or annual subscription. If you have chosen monthly, your subscription expires after one month (30 days), if you have chosen annually, your subscription expires after one year (364 days).

What kind of content can I share as a Creator?

As a Creator you will be ably to shae free content with your followers which include posts with links, pictures, articles etc.

What content can a Premium Creator share?

Depending on your subscription package, as a Premium Creator, you will be able to sell and share products that include video materials, webinars, livestreams and offline events.

Who is the Consumer and how can they benefit from the platform?

Consumers are people who use our platform to follow the Creators they love and consume their paid or non-paid content. Every Consumer has an option to become a Creator if they decide to start building their own community.

Who is the Creator?

Creators are users whose aim is to start building their communitites and sharing their free content on the global level. If they decide to take their career to the next level and start their own official business, they can grow into Premium Creators and start earning revenue from their content.

Who is the Premium Creator?

Premium Creators are experts from various fields who own official companies, who are SP or NGO's and who have an opportunity to grow their business by using our e-commerce services.

How do you become an affiliate partner?

In order to become an affiliate partner, you will need to go to our affiliate landing page and pay 55e for a year subscription. When you finish your purchase, you can start building your affiliate network and earning passive income.
